Simpson Thacher represented Centerbridge Partners in the acquisition by one of its affiliates of a controlling interest in Remedi SeniorCare Holding Corporation for an aggregate capital commitment of up to $300 million. Covington Advises Joy Global in Sale of Drilling Products Business
Joy Global Inc. (NASDAQ: JOYG), a worldwide leader in high-productivity mining solutions, reported today that it has entered into a definitive agreement to sell the drilling products business of its recently acquired LeTourneau Technologies, Inc. to Cameron International Corporation (NYSE: CAM) for $375 million in cash, subject to certain post-closing adjustments.
