Former VP and Deputy GC of Cephalon Joins Morgan Lewis

Morgan Lewis today announced that Steven A. Reed—the former Vice President and Deputy General Counsel at Cephalon, Inc.—has joined the firm as a partner in its Litigation Practice, resident in Philadelphia. In late 2011, Cephalon became part of Teva Pharmaceuticals, forming a combined company with a significant presence in over 60 countries and approximately $20 billion in revenues.

Perkins Coie Expands Chicago Office with Three Finance Attorneys
