Morgan Securities LLC, Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Goldman Sachs Lending Partners LLC and SunTrust Robinson Humphrey Inc. as joint lead arrangers and joint bookrunners in connection with the financing of Web.com Group, Inc.’s acquisition of Network Solutions. The acquisition was funded with credit facilities consisting of a $600 million first lien term loan, a $50 million first lien revolving credit facility and a $150 million second lien term loan.

The issuance of the Notes took place on 1 November 2011. The Notes were admitted to trading on the London Stock Exchange.
