Morgan Lewis Advises ConocoPhillips on Sale of Company’s Interest in Seaway Crude Pipeline System as Part of $2 Billion Sale of U.S. Pipeline Assets

ConocoPhillips announced today that it has entered into an agreement with Enbridge Inc. to sell its ownership interest in the Seaway Crude Pipeline System. The transaction is anticipated to close in December, subject to satisfaction of customary conditions and completion of certain arrangements regarding other logistics services currently provided by SCPC to ConocoPhillips.

Akin Gump Boosts Real Estate Practice in Moscow With Partner Hire
