His arrival continues the firm’s recent expansion in the Golden State, where it has added more than half a dozen partners over the past year, and in Orange County in particular, where the firm has doubled its presence since 2010.

Davis Polk is advising Citicorp North America, Inc. as administrative agent and collateral agent, and Citigroup Global Markets Inc., as sole lead arranger and bookrunner, for the $950 million debtor-in-possession credit facility for Eastman Kodak Company.
