Two specialists in international trade, Harry Clark and Clark McFadden, have been brought on board by the Washington D.C. branch of historic law firm Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe L.L.P.
Clark, who will be a partner in the firm, has a wide span of expertise ranging from government contracting regulations and U.S. Treasury Department economic sanctions to anti-money laundering.
