Former U.S. Representative from New York Rick Lazio has been hired to fill a New York legal job with Jones, Walker, Waechter, Poitevent, Carrère & Denègre, according to a press release.
Lazio will spearhead the newly opened New York office as a partner, where tasks that cross his desk might include legal recruitment.

The notes are unconditionally guaranteed by all existing and future subsidiaries of Energizer that are guarantors on the company’s credit agreements or other indebtedness for borrowed money.
