Cahill – Tekni-Plex Completes $485 Million Refinancing

Cahill represented BofA Merrill Lynch and Credit Suisse as joint book-running managers and Jefferies and Wells Fargo Securities as co-managers in the Rule 144A/Reg S offering of $485,000,000 9.75% Senior Secured Notes due 2019 by Tekni-Plex, Inc., a manufacturer of packaging products and materials. Proceeds from the offering were used to refinance existing indebtedness.
