White & Case Advises Jefferies on Klöckner Pentaplast Recapitalization

Global law firm White & Case LLP has advised Jefferies and its affiliates in connection with a recapitalization of Klöckner Pentaplast, one of the world’s largest suppliers of plastic films and the provision of approximately €630 million of new debt facilities provided by Jefferies to fund the prepayment of existing senior facilities of Klöckner Pentaplast as part of the recapitalization.

Ryan Law Hires Mark W. Eidman As Senior Partner

National law firm Ryan Law hired Mark W. Eidman for an Austin legal job, according to a press release.

Eidman joins the practice as a senior partner in the Austin office of the firm that specializes in corporate tax litigation. His experience includes hundreds of administrative appeals and court cases in more than 40 U.S. states and he now owns the biggest volume of pending tax cases in Texas, the press release states.

Morgan Securities LLC, and Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith as bookrunners and lead arrangers of a $1 billion unsecured financing for Tyco International Finance S.A.; represented Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and J.P. Morgan Securities LLC as bookrunners and lead arrangers of a $750 million unsecured financing for The ADT Corporation, a division of Tyco International; and represented Goldman Sachs Bank USA, Global Markets Inc., J.P. Morgan Securities LLC, and Merrill Lynch Pierce Fenner & Smith as bookrunners and lead arrangers of a $2.225 billion unsecured bridge facility for The ADT Corporation.
