Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld LLP represented Anchor Glass Container Corporation in an $880 million acquisition by Ardagh Group. Anchor Glass is the third-largest glass container manufacturer in the United States. Ardagh, based in Luxembourg, produces metal and glass packaging for food, beverage and consumer care brands.
