Cahill represented Citigroup Global Markets as sole book-running manager and J&E Davy as co-manager in connection with the multicurrency notes offering, comprised of €260,000,000 7.375% First Priority Senior Secured Notes due 2017; $350,000,000 7.375% First Priority Senior Secured Notes due 2017; and $210,000,000 9.125% Senior Notes due 2020 by Ardagh Packaging Finance plc and Ardagh MP Holdings USA Inc.

The Firm recently represented the initial purchasers, led by Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and J.P.
