Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP announced today that it will officially open its office in Seoul, Korea in October 2012. The Firm’s registration with the Korean Bar Association as a Foreign Legal Consultant Office was approved on September 18, 2012 following the approval by the Korean Ministry of Justice.
