Davis Polk advised the underwriters in connection with an initial public offering of 8,984,375 ordinary shares of Fleetmatics Group PLC (including 1,171,875 shares in respect of the exercise of the underwriters’ option to purchase additional shares) at $17.00 per share for gross proceeds of $152.7 million. Of those shares, FleetMatics sold 6,250,000 shares and the selling stockholders sold 2,734,375 shares.
