Her experience includes advising global clients on bespoke and complex special situations debt transactions.

Ms. Cao brings to Lewis Brisbois more than 15 years of transactional experience, most recently as the general counsel for the Oceanwide Center. With a particular focus on managing securities and corporate finance, cross-border transactions, and real estate matters, Ms. Cao works with clients of all sizes across several industries. Fluent in Chinese Mandarin and Cantonese, Ms. Cao also has significant experience assisting China-based companies with compliance, investments, financing, international licensing, and joint ventures.
