Dycus represents financial institutions and other commercial clients in a variety of complex litigation, regulatory and enforcement matters. Dycus joins King & Spalding from WilmerHale.

Cozen O’Connor introduced insurance litigator Kimberly Petrina — former head of North American Casualty Claims at a global specialty insurance company — as the newest member of its fast-growing Global Insurance Department. Petrina, who joins as a member, will work out of the firm’s Chicago office. She is the 16th attorney to join Cozen O’Connor’s Global Insurance Department in 2022, which has grown to over 100 lawyers nationwide. Petrina was previously Head of North American Casualty Claims at AXIS Capital in Chicago.
