Kcell is the largest mobile operator in Kazakhstan by market share with revenues at the end of 2011 of about USD$1,193million from approximately 12.7million subscribers.

In a precedent-setting unified and multi-year transaction, the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB), China Development Bank (CDB)and Corporación Andina de Fomento (CAF), acting as senior lenders, joined to support the project as the single most important infrastructure project in Colombia.
