Mr. Dater will be located in the Pittsburgh office and represents Israeli companies doing business in the United States and U.S. companies and investors doing business in Israel, as well as emerging growth companies in the technology and medical device industries. His practice focuses on defense, technology and life sciences companies, investors in all stages of private equity financing, mergers and acquisitions, intellectual property, commercial law, government contracting, and general corporate counseling. Mr. Dater is also an Adjunct Professor at the University of Pittsburgh School of Law where he co-teaches the course, Law and Entrepreneurship.
