The attorneys were previously partners at Mintz Levin, where Mr. Mulrain and Mr. Carroll co-chaired the firm’s Sports and Entertainment practice.
Squire Patton Boggs has hired partners Charlotte Møller, and Monika Lorenzo-Perez into its Restructuring & Insolvency Practice. They join the firm from Brown Rudnick LLP, where Ms. Møller was head of its European Bankruptcy & Corporate Restructuring Practice Group. The new partners are accompanied by director Helena Clarke and senior associates Rebecca Terrace and Sabina Khan.
O’Melveny announced today that acclaimed energy regulatory lawyer Andrew B. Young has joined the firm’s Washington, DC office as a partner in its Project Development & Real Estate Practice Group and Energy Industry Group.
