Former NLRB Board Member Brian Hayes Joins Ogletree Deakins

(Ogletree Deakins), one of the largest labor and employment law firms representing management, welcomes former National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) member Brian Hayes as a shareholder. Hayes, who frequently dissented to the NLRB’s game-changing rulings until his term ended last month, will provide his unique experience and perspective on labor law issues and developments for the firm’s clients. Hayes will serve as co-chair of the firm’s Traditional Labor Relations Practice Group and be based in the Washington, D.C. office.

DLA Piper Advises Maybourne Hotel Group on Refinancing

DLA Piper has advised its long standing client the London-based Maybourne Hotel Group on its planned refinancing through the signing of a £547 million five year debt facility. The refinancing, arranged by Blackstone Real Estate Debt Strategies completed on 28 December and follows a successful rights issue of £145 million undertaken before Christmas.

Cozen O’Connor Adds Top International Commercial Litigator to London Office
