Paul Hastings, a leading global law firm, announced today that the firm, represented the Royal Bank of Canada as administrative agent and RBC Capital Markets, Barclays Bank PLC, Citigroup Global Markets, Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., Goldman Sachs Bank USA, and UBS Securities LLC, as Joint Bookrunners and Joint Lead Arrangers in connection with a $150,000,000 revolving facility loan for Dynegy Power, LLC, a subsidiary of Dynegy, Inc, a company that provides wholesale power, capacity and ancillary services to utilities, cooperatives, municipalities and other energy companies.

MMM Adds Second Tax Partner in Two Weeks

Gerald V. Thomas II is the newest addition to the expanding Tax Practice at Morris, Manning & Martin, LLP. Thomas joined the firm as a Partner in the Atlanta office, where he works in the Tax, Corporate, Funds & Alternative Investments, M&A and Real Estate Capital Markets Practices.
