Simpson Thacher represented the underwriters, led by Wells Fargo Securities LLC, Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Morgan Stanley & Co, LLC and Ameriprise Financial Services, Inc. in connection with the initial public offering of Neuberger Berman MLP Income Fund Inc.
