International law firm Dorsey & Whitney LLP announced today that Sloan Kelly has joined the Firm’s London office as a partner, where he will head the Firm’s London Real Estate practice. Mr. Kelly’s practice focuses on commercial real estate investment and development, acting for U.K. and off-shore property companies, private investors, funds and institutions. He also specializes in real estate joint ventures, commercial leases (representing landlords and tenants), real estate finance and secured lending. Prior to joining Dorsey, Mr. Kelly was most recently a partner and former head of real estate in the London office of Katten Muchin Rosenman UK LLP.
