Quinn Emanuel Applies to Open Office in Hong Kong, with Addition of Leading International Arbitration Advocate

BofA Merrill Lynch, Citigroup, Goldman, Sachs & Co. and J.P. Morgan acted as joint lead bookrunning managers of the offering.
