Global law firm Reed Smith today announced that Brandon Elliott has joined the firm as a partner in the Global Corporate Group in Miami. Elliott advises institutional and private credit lenders as well as investment fund borrowers in preferred equity investments and fund financing transactions.  Elliott arrives at Reed Smith from the Miami office of McDermott Will & Schulte.
