Squire Sanders Represents CACI International in its US$820 Million Acquisition of Six3 System, Inc.

Squire Sanders represented defense contractor CACI International Inc in its definitive agreement to purchase Six3 Systems, Inc. from the private equity firm GTCR. Six3 Systems provides support to the national security community in the areas of cyber and signals intelligence; intelligence, surveillance and reconnaissance; and intelligence operations. The deal is valued at US$820 million and is expected to close during CACI’s fiscal second quarter, ending December 2013, subject to regulatory approvals.

Regency Energy Partners LP (“Regency”) (NYSE:RGP) and PVR Partners, L.P.
