Armstrong Teasdale Adds Partner Ray Jones to Financial and Real Estate Services Practice

Transactional experience will support clients in evolving Las Vegas real estate market. Armstrong Teasdale, a law firm with offices across the United States and in China, proudly announces the addition of partner Ray C. Jones to the Financial and Real Estate Services practice group. Jones, who is based in Las Vegas, focuses on advising national, regional and local lenders, home builders, and developers on commercial finance, real estate acquisitions and dispositions, and real estate development. His transactional work includes matters related to the construction and development of single and multi-family residential, commercial, mixed-use and high-rise resort, condominium and condominium-hotel projects.

In addition, Jones advises clients on a broad range of corporate matters, including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, business structuring and entity formation. He also has international trade experience assisting diverse clients with cross-border transactions, import and export, and other international issues.

He earned his J.D. from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University and his B.S. from the University of Utah. Jones is admitted to practice law in Nevada, and before the Supreme Court of Nevada and the U.S. District Court for the District of Nevada.
