The new office will be managed by one of Leech Tishman’s founding partners, Ted Tishman, and is located at the Gibraltar Building on Lakewood Ranch Boulevard.
Ted Tishman is joined in the new office by Lakewood Ranch attorney Wanda Pistella, a partner in Leech Tishman’s Real Estate Practice Group. Also joining the firm is Paula Egan Chapman, a Real Estate Closing Specialist.
Ted Tishman advises high net worth individuals, families and business owners on intergenerational wealth transfers and business succession planning. Ted’s experience in sophisticated estate planning issues includes the preparation of simple and complex wills, healthcare powers of attorney/living wills and durable powers of attorney, trust planning and administration, charitable gift planning, estates and trusts litigation and assisting fiduciaries with the administration of complex estates and trusts. Wanda Pistella represents purchasers, sellers, lenders, landlords, tenants and business owners in a multitude of real estate and business transactions. She has served as a premier property closing agent and title agent for various residential and commercial real estate transactions, from single residential units to luxury boutique hotels and intricate multimillion-dollar income-producing investment properties.
Paula Chapman brings 25+ years of experience in the mortgage and/or real estate industry. She works with purchasers, sellers and lenders to close residential purchase and sales and refinance transactions.
