Dentons adds Chris Heller to Corporate team in Kansas City

Kansas City-Dentons, the world’s largest law firm, today announces that Chris Heller rejoins the Firm as a partner in the Corporate practice. Heller spent the past seven years as senior vice president and general counsel at Velocity Technology Solutions, a global cloud managed services company.

Heller has represented buyers and sellers in billions of dollars of deal volume throughout his career and received numerous professional accolades, including designation as a Chambers-rated attorney. Prior to his move to Velocity, he spent 14 years with legacy firm SNR Denton in the Corporate and Securities Practice group, where he focused on private equity, mergers and acquisitions and debt financing.

Heller earned his law degree from the University of Missouri-Kansas City (UMKC) School of Law and also holds an MBA from UMKC.
