- 6 to 8 years of experience in fund finance or related finance transactions
- Experience counseling lenders or borrowers on subscription credit facilities, NAV facilities, hybrid structures, GP or management company financings, and other secured lending arrangements
- Ability to lead key workstreams, including drafting and negotiating credit agreements, collateral documents, amendments, and related finance documentation
- Experience managing transaction execution and coordinating across international teams
- Excellent academic credentials with strong drafting and communication skills
- Comfortable working independently while collaborating within a high-performing, client-facing team
