White & Case Continues to Grow its Houston Office with Two New Partners

Global law firm White & Case LLP continues to grow its Houston office with the addition of new partners Rodrigo Dominguez and Bill Parish. They join as part of the Firm’s Global Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) Practice. Rodrigo and Bill are expected to work closely with White & Case’s Global Oil & Gas Industry Group, and the Latin America Interest Group, both areas in which they are experienced practitioners and trusted advisors.

“Rodrigo and Bill are both excellent M&A lawyers who bring extensive energy and infrastructure experience to our rapidly growing Houston office,” said John Reiss, Global Head of White & Case’s Global M&A Practice. “They also bring extensive experience in the Latin America region, which has become an increasingly busy market for M&A and a strategic priority of the Firm.”

Dominguez represents clients in domestic and international M&A, joint ventures and strategic alliances, and corporate matters in regulated and non-regulated industries. In addition, he counsels on real estate matters and has significant experience representing multinationals in government contracting processes throughout Latin America.

Parish counsels clients on complex business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, private equity investments, partnerships and joint ventures, energy transactions and projects, real estate and general corporate matters. Parish has extensive experience in energy transactions and cross-border transactions across Latin America.

Dominguez and Parish are both fluent in Spanish and are the latest partners to join the Firm’s Houston office, which opened in February 2018.
