Reed Smith today announced Emily Harbison has joined the firm as a partner in its Labor & Employment Practice in Houston. Her arrival expands the firm’s capabilities in representing management in significant employment disputes, including the defense of wage and hour collective and class actions, and providing advice on labor and employment issues in corporate transactions. Harbison joins Reed Smith from the Houston office of Baker McKenzie, where she had practiced since graduating from the University of Houston Law Center in 2007.
