Gislar Donnenberg has joined Locke Lord’s Houston office as a Partner in the Firm’s Capital Markets Section, bringing vast experience particularly in the energy sector. Joining Locke Lord from DLA Piper, Donnenberg’s background includes initial public offerings, master limited partnerships, public equity and debt offerings, mergers, business combinations and acquisitions, private placements, special and conflicts committee representations and assisting public companies with corporate and partnership governance issues.
