Holland & Knight Adds Energy M&A and Private Equity Partner Nancy Bostic in Houston

Holland & Knight has strengthened its leading energy and private equity practices with the addition of Nancy Bostic as a partner in its Houston office. Previously, Ms. Bostic was a partner at Gray Reed, where she served as the firm’s practice group leader for M&A and Private Equity.

Ms. Bostic represents public and private companies, private equity funds and management teams/founders in securities issuances, acquisitions and dispositions of assets and equity, joint ventures, recapitalizations, financings and change of control transactions valued at up to $3.5 billion. She has extensive experience negotiating complex partnership and limited liability company structures, frequently represents private equity funds investing in or selling portfolio companies and counsels companies in strategic transactions.

Ms. Bostic’s clients focus on the upstream, midstream and downstream oil and gas sectors, and in the oilfield services, industrial, waste and environmental services, chemicals and product manufacturing industries.
