Akin Continues to Grow Energy Transactions Practice with Hire of Ian Goldberg in Houston

Akin is pleased to announce that energy transactions partner Ian Goldberg has joined the firm’s Houston office. Previously he led the Energy Transactions practice at Hunton Andrews Kurth.

Goldberg advises clients on a broad range of energy transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, project development and financial transactions involving oil and gas assets, energy transition investments and rare earth mineral deposits.
