Mayer Brown Expands Investment Funds Practice in Asia With Addition of Paul Moloney

Mayer Brown announced today that leading investment funds partner, Paul Moloney, has joined its Corporate & Securities practice in Hong Kong, along with counsel, Helen Wang, and associate, Gigi Ma. They join from Eversheds in Hong Kong where Mr. Moloney led the Investment Funds and Asset Management team in Asia.

With extensive experience advising asset managers and financial institutions on both fund formation and regulatory issues in China, Hong Kong, Singapore, Ireland, and the Cayman Islands, the team are also active in the rapidly evolving area of digital assets.
