Dentons adds Partner Nicholas Chua to the Banking and Finance and Capital Markets practices in Hong Kong

Dentons Hong Kong LLP is further expanding its banking and finance, capital markets and corporate finance capabilities with the addition of veteran, highly respected and well known practitioner, Nicholas Chua, as a partner. Prior to joining the firm, Nicholas was the Head of Legal of CIMB Bank in Hong Kong and the Global Head of Legal, Investment Banking of CIMB in the region, having worked in the banking industry for some 20 years. While moving back to private practice, Nicholas will continue to assist Dentons Hong Kong and the Dentons Regional and International platform, further enhancing the firm’s reputation as a leading banking, finance and corporate finance global law firm. The team managed by Nicholas was previously named in the Legal 500 GC Powerlist Hong Kong Teams and he was part of the team that was recognised as Team of the Year – Banking, Asia at the Inhouse Community Counsels Awards.
