Baker McKenzie Strengthens its Corporate Real Estate Practice with Senior Promotion

Baker McKenzie is pleased to announce that Eva Hucker at Baker McKenzie [in Hong Kong] has been promoted to Director – Global Corporate Real Estate, as of 1 January 2018. The newly created role is designed to underpin the Firm’s plan to grow and further strengthen its corporate real estate practice, with a strong focus on serving clients across the Firm’s prioritized industries, including the Consumer Goods & Retail and Technology, Media & Telecommunications sectors.

Eva has over a decade of experience in advising many multinational companies on the acquisition, sale and leasing of commercial, retail, industrial and rural properties. She regularly assists clients in the negotiation of development, preservation and procurement documents, and advises on issues relating to asset management of commercial and retail property portfolios. Her clients include many Fortune 500 companies in the technology and retail sectors, as well as institutional and private real estate investors and sovereign wealth funds. Eva has a broad knowledge of the US and Asia Pacific real estate industry, having spent six years in the Firm’s Sydney office, two years in San Francisco and the past four years based in Hong Kong.
