Three Attorneys Join Hong Kong Office of Firm Looking to Spread Throughout Asia

The Asia capital markets practice of international law firm Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft has brought aboard three additional attorneys to fill Hong Kong legal jobs.

The Asia capital markets practice of  international law firm Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft has brought aboard three additional attorneys to fill Hong Kong legal jobs, according to a press release.

The additions of Joseph Lee, Jeffrey Maddox and David Neuville add nearly five decades of experience to Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft offices. Each attorney previously served with the capital markets group of Jones Day where they fulfilled a variety of transactions for cross-border debt and equity.

“Joseph Lee, Jeffrey Maddox and David Neuville are not only great lawyers, they are tried and true counsellors who know the local and regional markets thoroughly,” chairman W. Christopher White with the law firm said. “With their collective experience spanning Asia’s financial markets, our Hong Kong team is in a great position to provide clients with a truly global service.”

Rocky Lee, the top official with the Asia practice of Cadwalader, said the new additions to the firm are renowned and they will serve as strong drivers as the law firm looks to expand its interests in Asia.

Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft opened in 1792 and has offices in New York, Washington, Charlotte, Houston, London, Hong Kong, Beijing and Brussels.
