Morgan Securities Ltd. as the initial purchasers in connection with a Rule 144A/Regulation S global offering by PT Berau Coal Energy Tbk of $500 million aggregate principal amount of its 7.25% guaranteed senior secured notes due 2017.

PT Berau Coal Energy Tbk is a holding company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange that indirectly owns 90% of PT Berau Coal, the fifth-largest coal producer in Indonesia in terms of production volume.
