K&L Gates Welcomes Finance Partner in Hong Kong Office

Global law firm K&L Gates LLP has added Neil Campbell as a finance partner in its Hong Kong office. He joins the firm from O’Melveny & Myers LLP, where he was co-leader of its Asia debt capital markets practice.

With an extensive background in finance, Campbell (who is qualified in both England and Hong Kong) represents clients such as Asian arrangers and issuers on a variety of debt capital markets and securitization transactions, including those involving airline, shipping, and different types of consumer receivables. He has led teams involved in some of the first securitizations in Korea, Hong Kong, the People’s Republic of China, Indonesia, and Thailand, and also has worked on transactions in the rapidly developing offshore RMB bond market.
“We are excited that Neil has joined us in the Hong Kong office,” said David Tang, K&L Gates’ Managing Partner, Asia. “His experience and profile in the finance practice in Asia offer more services for our clients and add depth and breadth to our capabilities throughout Asia.”
Campbell stated: “I am delighted to have joined K&L Gates in Hong Kong and am excited about the many opportunities that the firm’s global platform provides.”
