Maurice Allen, co-head of global banking and, Mike Goetz, co-head of banking and capital markets, have officially resigned. They both leave White & Case this Friday, March 14th. Hugh Verrier, managing partner and, David Koschik, a Finance Partner, are taking action; they had a meeting on Tuesday, March 11th, with the London finance team to discuss the management structure.
