Rimon Law Welcomes George Dingeldein as Real Estate Partner in New Portland office

Rimon is pleased to welcome George Dingeldein as a Real Estate Partner in the firm’s new Portland office. Mr. Dingeldein is the 35th Partner to join Rimon, which has expanded significantly nationally and internationally, in 2020. Rimon is proud to have opened new offices in important jurisdictions, including Australia, Germany, Colombia, Texas, Idaho, Alabama, and now Oregon, all in 2020. Mr. Dingeldein joins Rimon from Landye Bennett Blumstein LLP, where he was also a Partner.

With a practice focused on transactions within the real estate and construction industries, Mr. Dingeldein represents clients in business, commercial and real estate transactions, as well as in general development, construction and real estate law matters.

Through his extensive knowledge of the real estate and construction industries, he guides his clients through the decision-making process within a real estate transaction, providing them with efficient and tailored services. Mr. Dingeldein is also an accomplished corporate attorney.

Among Mr. Dingeldein’s clients are real estate owners, developers, sponsors, investors, and operators across the full spectrum of real estate matters, including acquisitions, development, leasing, financing, construction, joint ventures, and operations.

Mr. Dingeldein graduated from Lewis & Clark Law School (J.D., cum laude) and from the University of California (B.S.)
