Reinhart Welcomes Two New Attorneys

Reinhart announced the addition of Frank W. DiCastri and Joia Sanders Wodarczyk, expanding the firm’s Business Reorganization and Real Estate Practices, respectively.

Frank W. DiCastri is a shareholder in Reinhart’s Business Reorganization Practice where he focuses on insolvency proceedings, including corporate reorganization cases, liquidations and receiverships, and other litigation and trial work arising from sophisticated commercial transactions. DiCastri’s clients have included debtors, financial institutions, creditors’ committees, trustees, receivers, asset purchasers and both secured and unsecured creditors. He frequently writes and gives presentations about bankruptcy and insolvency. DiCastri is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and Illinois. He earned his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School.

Joia Sanders Wodarczyk is an attorney in the firm’s Real Estate practice. She advises clients on a variety of real estate matters, including commercial real estate acquisitions, leasing and financing, as well as land use, entitlements and zoning. Wodarczyk is admitted to practice in Wisconsin and California. She earned her J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School.
