New Managing Partner for DLA Piper in D.C.

After a recent merger DLA Piper Rudnick Gray Cary has announced that Ann Ford will take the reins as managing partner of the Washington, D.C. office. Ford, who replaces Theodore Segal as managing partner, is the first woman to hold the post. She says her top priority is growth in the D.C. office. There are 175 lawyers in DLA Piper’s D.C. office currently. In the next year or so they plan to move into new offices that can hold 300. Source: www.law.com
