King & Wood Mallesons Attracts Top Private Equity Player – Mark McNamara Joins the firm as Head of Private Equity

The Mergers & Acquisitions Team at leading Asian law firm King & Wood Mallesons will be further strengthened by the arrival of one of the region’s top private equity lawyers. Mark McNamara joins King & Wood Mallesons on 6th November 2012 as Head of Private Equity, from Baker & McKenzie

He will head up a team of around 60 partners and lawyers, working alongside Private Equity M&A Partners Mike Barker, Lee Horan and Jason Watts, together with a market-leading Banking team led by Partners, Yuen-Yee Cho and Jeff Clark, to build what the firm expects to be the preeminent PE Team in the region.
