The March Issue of Private Equity Analyst reports that the firm of Kennedy Covington is one of the top law firms in the US in terms of work in private equity. This is the fourth consecutive year that Kennedy has had the most completed transactions (both in closed private and venture capital deals) than all other Southeastern law firms.
