Major Pennsylvania firms Buchanan Ingersoll and Klett Rooney Lieber & Schorling are rumored to be in serious merger talks. Should the deal go through, the merged firm would be the largest in Pennsylvania, with 313 lawyers in-state and about 532 company-wide
