Albany-based firm Hiscock & Barclay has opened an office in the Boston metro area after gaining six patent attorneys and a patent litigator from Marjama & Bilinski. The office will deal primarly with intellectual property and technology law. Also in NY, Sullivan & Worcester has named Karen M. Kozlowski, a real estate attorney, to the partnership.
