Fenwick & West adds Bill Bromfield as a corporate partner. Bromfield concentrates on private financing deals and mergers and acquisitions. This follows last month’s addition of three notable lawyers – Stephen Graham, Roger Tolbert and Alan Smith, who left Orrick to join Fenwick & West.
