Leading Private Equity Partner Joins Latham & Watkins in London

Latham & Watkins LLP is pleased to announce that David Walker has joined the firm’s London office as a partner in the Corporate Department. Walker is an M&A lawyer with a particular focus on all aspects of private equity work . Over the years, he has built a reputation as one of the most prominent private equity lawyers in the UK.

Walker’s client base comprises a number of the world’s leading private equity firms and other financial investors, and he has been at the cutting-edge of the practice for many years. He has advised on numerous landmark deals, many of which have broken new ground for their complexity, size and innovation.

Walker joins Latham & Watkins from Clifford Chance in London. He received a BA (Hons) in History from Kings’ College, London in 1988 and completed his Law Society Finals in 1991 at the College of Law.
